Welcome to our travel recommendation service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our service.

2. Service Description

Our platform provides AI-powered travel recommendations and planning assistance. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, all recommendations are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Users are responsible for verifying all travel information, including but not limited to visa requirements, health regulations, and local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Payments and Virtual Goods

Some features of our service require the purchase of virtual tokens. All token purchases are final and non-refundable once used. Tokens have no monetary value outside of our platform. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Your payment details are handled in accordance with Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

6. Promotions and Giveaways

From time to time, we may offer promotions or giveaways. Participation in such events may be subject to additional rules. For our current campaign, please refer to the giveaway terms.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the input you provide to the platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and generate content based on that input.

You are permitted to use the generated travel plans and other outputs for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that such content is generated automatically and may not be 100% unique. We do not grant exclusive rights to any output and cannot guarantee that similar results will not be provided to other users.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the legal, factual, or commercial suitability of any generated content. You use all outputs at your own risk, especially in commercial or public contexts. You agree not to present the output as being officially endorsed, authored, or verified by Snapventure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This limitation applies to all legal theories, including but not limited to contract, tort, and statutory liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after such changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

This service is operated by Max Klink, registered as a sole proprietor (Kleingewerbe) in Germany under §19 UStG.

12. Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to our current Snapventure launch giveaway campaign ending on September 30, 2025. By participating, you agree to the following rules:

• Participants must be 18 years or older and legally eligible in their country of residence.
• To enter the main prize draw, users must register and purchase at least one token pack before the deadline.
• Milestone rewards and surprise drops will be awarded randomly to eligible users at specific or undisclosed user milestones.
• Purchasing a larger token pack ($9.99 or $19.99) increases your chances by granting additional entries.
• The Grand Prize is a travel experience based on a Snapventure itinerary, valued up to $3,000 USD.
• If fewer than 2,000 Premium Users are reached, the Grand Prize value may be adjusted as outlined on our giveaway page.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Winners will be notified via the email address used during registration. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
• Snapventure is not affiliated with Spotify, Airbnb, Lufthansa, Babbel, Duolingo, or any prize provider.
• Legal recourse is excluded. Any taxes or duties on winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.
